it's probably the best version of the 'classic' format but personally I love the exploration and vibes of the switch games much more

The story is what throws me off from saying it's the best in the franchise. Very enjoyable, but there was something missing, and it felt like it was just blatantly trying to do "Ocarina of Time 2" as a way to satisfy the fans.

i can definitely understand that. While i prefer the linear style Zelda over anything, you can’t argue that both of them aren’t greatly made

I also have a soft spot for Wind Waker because I love the bright colors and the music but that might just be nostalgia talking. Twilight is probably the better game

I’m right there with you but on the other side of the coin. I absolutely love the darker art style and story telling that Twilight Princess has on top of the games plot
