nintendo still set the price with big manufacturers. outside ones like ebay and second hand stores can obviously change it but many gaming companies sign deals with the big places to keep prices the same

Yes that goes for switch games, but Nintendo has ceased production and sale of all 3DS games, they’re no longer involved in any of that, it’s all third party sellers
