If I have to give Nintendo one thing. They treat their employees EXTREMELY WELL. Like if you get a job there, you can basically stay there till retirement because they almost never, if just never, do layoffs

...Nintendo has an unbelievably stable cash reserve. Out of any company to talk shit about financially, Nintendo is not one of them. The shareholders complained about the $450 USD price tag because it doesn't make ENOUGH profit, not because it loses money. They're fine.

My dad works at Nintendo, in America, he told me more about this. He said 25% of his income used to be based on an incentive structure and they gave him a raise and lowered that 25% down to 10% so he gets paid more, more often and reliably.

Well they are correct though. Nintendo US didn’t do the 10% base salary raise because their pay structure was different so they did something different.
