Xbox deadass said they will prioritize their major franchises like doom, fallout & elder scrolls but they’re laying off the teams creating them including veterans of those franchises. Yeah We entering the ere of outsourcing work to cheap Asian labor 💀

What’s happening with some studios is being incredibly misrepresented by idiotic writers making clickbait articles. The studios are being released to function independently outside of Team Xbox. In most cases they aren’t being shut down.

I’m not talking about the small studios that are leaving, they’re don’t work on a major franchise like fallout, I’m talking about the studios that are still with Xbox and are actually getting laid off, Id software team got butchered in half, Bethesda lost around 100 employees, and zenimax lost hundreds of employees

Yeah maybe to but ai is proven to be a tool at best, a lot of companies realizing replacing workers with ai was a mistake and rehiring them back
