Get the RA involved. They can do programming against gossiping and unnecessary drama and remind people to have a backbone and build their own opinions that aren’t just off a possibly made up story that they heard from someone else

- they’ve tried to get everyone on the floor to stop talking to us, (only succeeded in 2) and we caught them shaking our dorm doorknob trying to get in at 3am.
