
unless you're a specific type of crazy, going cold turkey is always going to be really really difficult. you have to think of it like learning how to run long distances. tell yourself you're quitting and try to go longer and longer between doing it every time. you made it a week? nice, new pb. don't think of it like relapsing, you're resetting for a new pb. aim for two weeks next time. keep it up and you'll beat the addiction.
