Take that time to do things you said you always wanted to do but havent. Ive gotten back to working out, journaling, and cooking at home. Take this time to take care of yourself.

Well, you just need to be comfortable being by yourself for a bit, then eventually you will find new friends who will treat you better.

I know this is gonna sound like bad advice but you have to feel EVERYTHING and then you have to numb yourself. Then you detach. Thats how to survive.

It’ll take time, but you have to have faith that people who want to be with will be with you. They don’t know what they lost, but you have a worth and someone out there will love you for you and that’s what you need to focus on. Yes, remembering and reminiscing is going to hurt but be grateful for what you had and what you’ve learned from it.
