Ask people questions about themselves if you’re stuck. People are actually pretty self absorbed and love to talk about themselves it’s helped me a great deal. And if some people are off standish/rude it’s ok to end the conversation and walk away. You never know if someone is having a bad day and just don’t feel like talking. I can bet you 9 times out of 10 it’s not you it’s them!! And if it is you, they’re not worth your energy and time.

I told myself that no one else would know I’m anxious unless I told them or let it consume me, so I started faking it til I made it

I don’t like ordering in general and I tend to have other people order for me often, but I’ll try to start doing it myself. Thanks!
