I found yesterday that a person I trusted went through my phone and text messages with other people idk how to feel i genuinely really believed she would never do that im so confused on the person she’s become

for context, she needed to use my phone for something cause hers was charging and I handed my phone cause I thought she would just use it for what she asked for, never would I have thought she’d break my trust like that?? Or am I just too trusting of a person
