Pacsun and hollister are always my go-tos. If you’re on a tighter budget, though, I highly suggest Depop!!

Thrifting can be an option but it’s highly dependent on your area (I used to live in the city and thrifting was much better there). Recently Ross has had some really good affordable options too. Target and tj max, also have a few options but not as great for unique pieces.
