I genuinely don’t know how to find the motivation to go to the gym.. I really want to lose weight, especially because I’m starting to have health issues because of my weight. I just find it so hard to keep a consistent schedule😩

Simple set up days like a schedule, I go Monday Wednesday Friday. Maybe set up a schedule that works well with you could help. Weight loss sucks but keep at it
