I just realized I made a healthy choice unconsciously for the first time ever. I got a bagel and grabbed two apples instead of another bagel, then chose butter over peanut butter to save calories. It sounds basic, but it’s a huge step for me
I also just got on an appetite reducer which is definitely helping. I hope I’ll finally start losing weight. I’ve been struggling with this for a very long time
