They kiss right before Judas betrays him, when Jesus already knows that he will. If that helps.

More than that, the kiss IS the betrayal. The Romans were looking for Jesus so they could capture and arrest him. Judas privately cut a deal with them for money, and said he would identify which of them (Jesus + 12 disciples) was Jesus. Judas went up to Jesus kissed him in greeting, identifying him to the Romans to be taken away

In fact, the phrase “kiss of death” comes from this exact part of the Bible, where Judas’ kiss marks Jesus for death
