Off the top of my head there’s some good fics about the iron bull from dragon age (now in a religious context he’s reminding me of the golden calf lmao) Or obv the way religion is handled in Star Wars- blackkat has some good fics There’s definitely others but I’m forgetting

lowkey this one might be weird but genshin impact. each region is headed by a god and there are a lot of fics (it js takes a while to find 😭😭😭) that explores how each region developed both religiously and socially, even with religion being tied into some of their governments.

Ok so basically it boils down to the fact that it’s now socially acceptable to mock religion (except for the one where they attack you if you make fun of it) and it’s spilling over into other areas of life. Take the “big 3” of religions. Group 1 is told that they believe in something fake and they get bullied. Group 2 is told that they deserve to die and they get attacked. And Group 3 is left alone, but only because they’ll make your life miserable (if they don’t end it) and people are afraid.
