Practice! It also helps to have an editor or to edit other people’s work to build your confidence. Reading aloud can help get rid of clunky sentences

reading a lot helps honestly. and while reading you can study other people’s writing and find your own rhythm from those inspirations

Adding onto this, reading a variety too. Add in books in different styles. I’ve been reading a lot of short stories, and I find that the rhythms of my writing tends to take on the authors much like you might mimic an accent when you were talking to someone with a strong one
