This happened to me in freshman year of high school. The novelty and interest towards smut had worn off. I was purely a fluff and hurt/comfort girlie for almost a whole year. Then I started to dabble in smut again, hurt/comfort is still my fave though

same, i usually write dead dove but i wrote one hurt/no comfort based off a poem i had to read for class. i do want to dabble into writing fluff at some point though

It’s a grand time, I’ll admit. I’m writing a fluffy romance novel, so now this series of mine goes: Trauma/Dead Dove -> Mixed short stories -> Adventure/Slice of Life -> Sapphic Romance -> Horror -> Erotica -> Romance
