Okay weird pet peeve but in smut they someone ‘bites hard enough to draw blood’ and they’re human. Like idk about yall but my teeth are BLUNT. I’m gonna need causing so much damage before getting around to drawing blood, like the bruise is gonna be gnarly

I could be wrong but i feel like it’s more about jaw strength than having sharp teeth cus dogs can draw blood from a bite but their teeth don’t seem that sharp

No it’s definitely jaw strength too. I feel like it’s also more of a scraping motion to draw blood, rather than just chomping on someone’s trap????? I may be overthinking tbh

It’s not supposed to be. I just mean you have the capability to draw blood. Because despite dull teeth you have enough jaw power to bite off a human finger.

Also I am unsure but if we are just thinking on it, due to the nature of it being blunt and likely not being deep enough to gouge, it wouldn’t scar, or at least in the way a lot of these people are describing. It’s not going to be a bite imprint!

Yea yea ik I just mean in smut it’s often mention almost casually, but in my experience there’s gone be a lot of bruising and pain before blood is drawn. Idk ever time I read it I can just hear the crunch of living meat giving way
