This is uncomfortably parasocial, right? It’s their first time commenting as they just found the fic yesterday and haven’t even left a kudos on it yet. My first response was one sentence, nothing that needed all this… my roomie agrees that this is weird.

this is what they were replying to, btw. the first comment they made was fine and my response was also fine but then they made the comment that i posted as a response to my response and errrr… I should block, right? I’m freaked out by this person. Also their account is less than a year old

idk it didn’t come off as that weird to me, just maybe an older/awkward/ND person who’s very enthusiastic abt encouraging others. i would see it as creepy if they kept commenting on other fics though

like i’m autistic and this ramble reads like something i would write (esp when i was younger and worse at social awareness) bc i’m personally very friendly and passionate abt people making stuff in fandom. ofc don’t feel obligated to respond to them either
