To clarify: fic A and fic B Fic A was started before fic B and completed within 3yrs Fic B started a year after fic A, but completed in a year Fic B bears events and even names and sentences similar to Fic A. Fic B’s author gives no credit to Fic A, neither does Fic A.

What fandom of you don’t mind me asking? I’ve found that in some fandoms there are always similar themes and vibes that always pop up? But yeah that is a little strange, not sure what you can do about it except maybe tell the og author?
