U gotta have so many opportunities where either of them could confess and then neither do… and it gets harder to not say anything… and eventually one of them just slips bc they’re in some kind of state (sleep deprived, drunk, injured, etc..) or maybe necessity makes them physically closer so they just keep being physically closer after that and one thing leads to another… just some ideas 😊
