Ooo I recommend watching some ER/Trauma videos (or just read some academic articles) as well -nursing graduate and aspiring ER nurse

Also, if you are above the age of 18, I recommend donating blood. Not only can you save someone’s life, but I found it very helpful in experiencing what it feels like to lose a pint of blood for writing purposes
