Are there fics on there that we all collectively agree are abhorrent? Absolutely, but removing them not only defeats the purpose of an archive but also creates a slippery slope of what is considered “inappropriate”.

Yes! Some of the content is straight up beyond vile but it should remain accessible. Any censorship defeats the purpose of the site and creates a poor precedent. Absolutely not saying all the content is morally good.
