Yes I think that’s how it’s supposed to be. I guess there’s ways where it can be done otherwise that’s not completely confusing, but. It’s usually meant to be the way you put it….

glad to know i'm not losing it. i'm reading a fic where they keep having the other person in the convo react to what has been said on the same line and it keeps throwing me off
