Ok I was going to avoid spoilers but whatever. So anyway the premise is that Harry has a twin and Dumbledore thinks the twin is the boy who lived. So Harry gets sent to the Dursley’s (variety of reasons, depends on fic) and is abused, gets sorted into Slytherin, eventually realizes he’s the BWL, and it’s a whole thing. Except this fic I think they’re changing the meaning of the prophecy so Harry is still the BWL, but he’s also the dark lord and his twin has to vanquish him
