Honestly get them a care package and gift them hygienic things like spray deo and witch hazel wipes. They might be nose blind to it or depressed or just not know how to properly care for themselves. If you don’t tell them who will?

They’re not depressed and they have these things. Our mom just didn’t really raise us. I had to figure things out on my own, I’m the youngest

then teach them! i learned a lot from my younger sibling about hair care, nail care, makeup etc because i never was taught those things and she was able to learn on her own
