Are you able to transfer it out into a personal account? You’re 25, why is she treating you like a child?

I can it was originally transferred from my personal account when we were on good terms. I came back to temporarily live with my parents bc they insisted I save money and live with them. She told me she'd put my original savings to good use and had me transfer my money and then things went sour when I told them I wanted to go do a masters in a state on the opposite side of the country. And it's been downhill since then. Idk if she can later come and sue me for taking back my 10k tho or something
