Going into this place unprepared even though they’ve been going for years. Now I’m super anxious

it's a lot of yes or no questions (do you rent? do you have any kids? do you have medical expenses?), and then asking specific numbers like how much financial aid/scholarships/student loans you got for the year, and how much money you make. It's super weird that they wouldn't tell you that, but I guess that's why they make someone else file their taxes for them when hundreds of thousands of people do it themselves.

for future reference definitely do it online it’s much simpler and it lets you know what each step is for
