Not trying to be that guy but if you think some GREEN CARD is going to stop ICE, then you’re seriously playing with fire. I say this because my step mother from Cambodia has been a US CITIZEN for more than 3 years and that didn’t stop them from throwing her into a holding cell do SEVEN WEEKS. Seriously think about the decision you’re making because the US isn’t a joke anymore. The government is tyrannical at this point and it is not safe. I say this out of care and respect.

Lord… we started the process around 2013. My sister became a citizen around 2-3 years ago and petitioned for my parents and I. So it’s been 10-12 years give it or take.

Dude, it’s really important to be cautious. I don’t think that what this guy is saying is wrong. We can celebrate while also still being cautious if US veterans can be deported, even when their US citizens any immigrant candy

If you want one: Sae joon park Purple Heart veteran served and suffered severe injuries in his service to our country deported at 56

He was here legally under deferred action and expedited citizenship, take money even with veteran status. Not every single person can afford to throw thousands of 1000s of dollars into a citizenship all of a sudden. I could care less whether or not he consumed drugs and got a minor offense for it man fought our country and was shot in the spine for it! The majority of our veterans population suffers or is recovering from drug addiction.

You asked for a veteran who has been deported who hasn’t lost their green card for “killing their wife or something” you got one and you still want to hold a grudge against an American hero bc he struggled after serving our country surrounded by agent orange and dieing men
