when i told my mom i didn’t want to go outside because the UV index was 9 (i was totally fine with going outside later when it wasn’t as bad) she asked if i had talked to my doctor about it. no?? i don’t need to ask my doctor about the UV index for the same reason i don’t need to ask my doctor about the dangers of smoking. it’s common fucking knowledge.

I don’t have any social circle outside of my family… it’s either them or total isolation
