My parents do not understand burnout. I respect them massively for working and just pushing through it. But I‘m not just mentally burnt out, I am so emotionally burnt out from the conflict I have with them to the point I want to sleep all day.
That happened to me last semester, I transferred to a new college and didn’t like it at all which made the burnout worseeeee, I ended up taking a gap semester which I didn’t want to but it made it better
