Put your money where your mouth is make it about money the only thing they value in life. I calculate the cost, its a public rate. It’s not $20 its throwing them nickels. Their poverty mindset leads them to pointlessly reduce quality of life. Its a disorder don’t treat them normally treat them as diseased

Get lights you can hook up to Alexa. They have motion sensors that turn them on or off.
