It’s a long description but basically drivers have to manage the cars more while the car does its own thing with active areo. the downforce changes with the floor and wing are allowing drivers to fight through dirty air a lot better. The front wing is more focused on throwing dirty air while the floor is focused on keeping the car down as it should. Faster in the corners slower on the straight so more overtaking throughout the track
