Hot take Ferrari would be competent if they didn’t exclusively hire Italians. It’s one of the dumbest things in sports imo. Hiring engineers who can make luxury sports cars will never translate to modern f1.
Since Ferraris last title, McLaren fell off and was the worst team in F1 with seasons of significant retirements. Fast forward to 2025, McLaren have more championships and wins than Ferrari since 2008. Ferrari had Alonso, Vettel, Leclerc, Hamilton. 😬
