They absolutely do exist but it’s a grid of 20 people with a less than 3% for your previous comparison. But watching those 13 laps for f1 academy gives me no hope😭

I mean look up Susie Wolf or Michele Mouton and diana pundole, f1 academy had a good purpose but they let in too many pay drivers

I’ve heard engineering wise Academy is roughly the equivalent of F4. Everyone who has graduated up to higher series is (mostly) in the fight with the male drivers. Most people don’t make the jump from F4 to F3 anyway regardless of gender. It’ll take a few years to see if Academy will pay off competitively in other series
