Theres a position im applying for that is my DREAM job and its perfectly in-line with everything ive worked on so far and im so nervous i wont get an offer

They want forestry and species survey experience and ive led projects in BOTH of those things man!! I dont know what else i can do to increase my chances but making my resume and cover letter perfect

Ive been through this cruel game many a time. I am so qualified yet 3 years outta college and I’ve only had temporary positions. Best of luck and i hope you fare better than i have. If u dont get it keep pushing and dont lose hope bc i have pretty much lost hope. Its a very desirable area to work in so theres lots of applicants

Yeah, the job market (especially for most STEM jobs) is bad rn. Ive been applying like crazy with nothing yet, but man, this job feels so right for me. Ill still keep trying even if i dont land this job though
