honestly, since starting on toothpaste tablets, it’s really difficult using regular toothpaste if i run out and don’t have back up and that’s all i have. it almost tastes *too* toothpaste-y to me now 🥴

I've never heard of toothpaste tablets, can you explain what it does for you? I'm gonna look it up but I wanna know how YOU benefit too

I’m scared to change to them like what if they’re not effective enough and my teeth take the brunt of it. I know our toothpastes are probably made from natural ingredients anyways so the things they add are probably not necessary but still

Do they work for sensitive teeth?

(depending on the brand) it essentially uses natural ingredients, comes in recyclable packaging, and each tab is one use. i put them in a glass jar. i like them because they still have your standard peppermint, spearmint, charcoal, and sensitive options. i also like that it gives me fresh breath, but i can’t feel the literal toothpaste on my tongue that i can when i use “regular” toothpaste.

yes these are all natural, and i’ve been using them for the better part of a year, and i recently had a dentist appointment and they saw no concerns with tooth health!
