Unfortunately, internships are not about how good you are what you know. It’s entirely who you know, start by asking your professors If they have any contacts in the industry, that would be looking for some help, and internship doesn’t necessarily have to have the title internship. I’ve actually only been paid for what most people would call internships as summer jobs
