Oil prices were higher under Biden which is why we drilled a lot, Trump’s tariffs caused lower demand for oil which is keeping oil prices low so even tho he’s removing all the protections the oil companies are pissed off because they’re losing money and can’t afford to drill. Ironically low oil prices helps the environment.

The increase in drilling with Biden and decrease under wasn’t an environmental policy or regulation thing bc even tho Trump deregulated drilling in protected areas in the end It didn’t matter at all bc he fucked up the economy to where there’s less oil consumption overall lol.
