living sustainably looks different for everyone! personally i’m a “vegetarian plus chicken.” as a college student and picky eater, i don’t have means to buy meat from the most sustainable places, so i chose the most sustainable option that i also enjoy

if i went full vegetarian, i’d have a very hard time getting the nutrients i need. I hope to one day go vegetarian or vegan when it’s more possible for me. unfortunately, the poultry industry also tends to be the worst with animal cruelty on average (not true everywhere ofc, many exceptions). with every choice there seems to be a caveat. whats important is that we care, we educate ourselves, and we try our best to

Yes I wish more people realized/knew this!! Helping the planet can be or start off as something small: you can start by sampling eating less meat, buying second hand, using reusable bags & items, using a car less, composting, and so much more!!

This is the way to go! All or nothing thinking is unproductive and leads to discouragement. All you have to do is raise the average, and over time you can find more and more ways to contribute
