Thrifting is the way to go but you can also find nylon stuff in athletic sections at regular clothes stores

i love my merrell hiking shoes, i have three pairs of dickies work pants that i got from goodwill that are great for dry terrain work, not as good for wet areas.

I got a pair of nylon parachute pants from Walmart a while back. Great for keeping bugs out and waterproof!

For shoes, I like Merrell. Just find some that are within your price range and you’ll be good
