i recently was diagnosed with OCD, i also have been diagnosed with clinical depression in the past. i have epilepsy for over a decade and take medications that affect my mood. all this to say, my neurologist prescribed me zoloft (an ssri) and im nervous.

Idk how the epilepsy would tie in but I have ocd and depression and Zoloft was helpful for me for a while
