No I mean literally. If one of them fell on their head the other would as well. If I was another player and I witnessed the conjoined orcs arguing over who was dropped on their head. I’d just conclude they were obviously both dropped.

I think it’d be hilarious. They’re arguing about which one was older/born first. Who’s fastest. Had the larger more powerful dong. Classic banter.
