Exactly, especially if you use Stoker’s novel rules rather than pop culture rules, cuz that’ll throw the players off way more if they’re illiterate

I’ve heavily modified the vampire rules for a campaign I’m running because the new guy I’m running it for is a huge fan of Eastern European history. It is an absolute chef’s kiss.
