Y’all… the campaign survived the divorce. We lost two players, got three new ones, and BOTH DIVORCEES ARE STILL AT THE TABLE. And weirdly it’s fine. I’m-
Yeah… it’s over, guys. Anyone have fun recommendations for one-shots to run at a “congrats on your divorce” party?

My roommate is still in a D&D group with 1) coworkers from a job that fired them and 2) the roommate they had before me, who they had to EVICT LEGALLY BECAUSE HE REFUSED TO LEAVE FOR MONTHS AFTER REFUSING TO RENEW HIS PART OF THE LEASE Both of these things happened about three years ago and this D&D group still happily meets every Saturday, I’m assuming they simply do not talk about anything not specifically D&D lol

Something I’ve found true in my personal life: sometimes you don’t get along working or living together, but you get along great when engaging in a mutual hobby

It’s SO peak. Because of all this, our DM is not someone I want to be close friends with again, at least for a long time, but goddamn. He is an INSANELY good DM. Mercer ain’t got shit on him.

Ah. for me i had to leave a campaign cuz of college and oh my gosh I miss it dearly. I may have not really been around long enough to know anyone besides the person who introduced me to that campaign but it was such a great time I hope they’re all doing so well. It was so much fun even if I played as a practically side-but-around-for-two-arcs character and thus didn’t get access to the juicy fun homebrew stuff (which for story reasons made sense)
