That was a purposeful choice and I know how gross it is. I generally like to play character stereotypes I don’t like so I can play with them and see if I can’t find something I can empathize with. She’s the “I went to the 90s Woodstock and im the annoying kind of 90s Gen X bitch who thinks she’s better than everyone else” kind of personality. She’s a horrible person but I love her regardless

Also, it gives me material to use as far a character growth later on. I’ve joked that a “reformed” version of this character would wash her dreads out. I’m hoping I get the chance to play it out, too, because if SHE can grow, anyone can (she really started that horrible and only got worse)
