It’s a long story, but Spider-Man in the movies is owned by Sony, not Disney, so Disney doesn’t have the rights to it.

Ya, NWH is under the old licensing deal since it was released in 2021. It’ll get to D+ eventually but Sony has the rights to bid it to other platforms right now.
