The Minnie was online release only due to the parks being closed and you had to put in for a drawing to be selected to buy the collection items it was AWFUL. It was Ears, Pins, Loungefly, Mug, Plush, and Magicband

No for real. At this point I’m just collecting OE and HM pins and even then the new ones are getting scalped up by APs who want to make an extra dollar. And I’m an AP so don’t take that in a way that I’m dissing them.

Atp, certain APs deserve the diss! I feel like online drops are getting a little better (I was like 6000 in the queue for the recent maleficent pin and still got it?) but I just trade for LEs I want and be really picky about what those are

Right it’s awful like if I want a park LE I can basically kiss it goodbye especially because they are usually popular characters and the ones that have it are usually well…rude. I’ve had so many bad experiences at EPCOT to count. So I just trade with people when I can

I like trading online but that’s risky for obvious reasons. I’ve had good luck so far though. I’ve also had pretty good luck trading in person. Haven’t done a drop day yet but am planning one for my upcoming trip. So tempted to do something nice with one of the pins I get as a karmic FU to the scalpers.

True I might try for Winnie or the doors because I really want the Lilo&Stitch one but that isn’t Jans release. I’ll have to see what park I’ll be in. I have to make multipass reservations in the morning so I’ll see lol. Also in staying at POP so maybe I’ll try for Epcot or HS

I’ve heard EPCOT or Magic is the best in terms of supply and line management! AK has the resident/before work crowds because of how early it opens and I’ve heard stock at HS can be iffy!

We’re early risers so that’s a plus! It’s me and my mom! But hey I’ll go and enjoy the day it’s not a need, if I find some in stock I’ll grab it. Just last back in July I was having a resort day and they had the Mickey Jumbo and I grabbed me one. I should have gotten the minis at MK when I seen them but I didn’t really need them.
