A lot of jobs let you call out more. The thing is you actually have rights with those cause you’re not an intern. People forget they are interns. No one has your back go to work.

not really 😭 universal- at least from the eyes of my friends and i who’ve all experienced almost every starter, all confidently can say were treated far superior compared to disney. from ent to attr, to f&b, to custodial-

Literally I explain it like working at McDonald’s one McDonald’s the leaders and employees would be completely different then at another even though both are McDonald’s. So even if you and your friend both get QSR their experiences would still be completely different if they work at different locations
