I did! I have POTS so I was put at the emporium. Apparently everyone has POTS there so it’s pretty accommodating

nah it’s so chill, one of the most underrated roles on the dcp. you do have to deal with grumpy guests wanting reservations that aren’t available, picky with their tables, and them refusing to count kids in their party but 10x less stressful than qsr

at my locations one you just checked them in, walked them to their tables and spieled, held the door open, resolved guest problems if you’re able and if not escalate to leader. other was a buffet you would clean the buffet areas from spills and stuff at the edges, clean menus, seat and spiel, and check guests in

For an accommodation going into attractions is crazyyyy. I was attractions my first cp and had I gone though with my accommodation request they said they would have to recast me. Can I ask what ur accommodation was for?

I have a TBI and get really bad migraines and the strong smell of the food and cleaning supplies was making my head act up and so I got attractions which was hard because of the loud noises but I just always had to wear earplugs

Dang that is rough. The rides are usually so loud I’m surprised they put you there and not like at a resort or something :(

I never actually worked houseperson. It was my assigned role but I broke my arm a month before my program started and my doctor gave me a lifting restriction and that’s how I got moved. Sorry I can’t help you but the DCP Reddit should have some good insight
