i’ve been assaulted many times at work (hit, hair pulling, verbal assault) and nobody does anything about it. security tells them to knock it off and that’s it, disney doesn’t gaf about its employees as long at the guests are happy

Back when I worked at Springs, I had a manager who confiscated a blue ID because the person was no longer a CM and tried to do discount fraud, and the dude went behind the counter, grabbed my manager by his hand, peeled each finger back & took it and ran. Security was called, but they’re useless usually if it’s not in the moment… smh… where I’m from we punch people for putting hands on you, told my leader he’s a better man than me
